Because Canada is requiring more foreign border crossers to be required. As of January 15, 2022 the following groups of border crossers must be fully vaccinated:

-Individuals travelling to reunite with family
-International students
-Professional athletes and their support staff, and amateur athletes
-Individuals with a valid work permit
-Most essential service providers (including truck drivers, emergency service providers and marine researchers)

In short, why are truckers special snowflakes? Why do they deserve an exemption from the requirements for border crossers?[/quote]

After OG Covid we got Delta, and after that we got Omicron. I don’t see why you think vaccination requirement policies should change just because you think we’re on a break from the latest variant, which is still btw killing thousands of Americans every day right now.[/quote]
