[/quote] The pipeline for Prep lacrosse is well-established. Giblin put it in place brick by brick. Catholic kids in K-8 grades target playing there (or Gonzaga) for years ahead of the time they will get to high school. It's sort of a built-in advantage that Prep has. Landon is it's own source of players with boys picking the sport up in much younger grades. Bullis, wanting to be competitive in the IAC, has had to take a different route.[/quote]
