I'm not saying Bethenny should (or even can) be good friends with every single cast member. But the fact that she is at the core of every catastrophic meltdown, every season that she's on...yeah,[b] maybe the [problem IS]  ratings are because of her. And as for the list above.  Most of the people B and they just didn't like each other.  You can't say they were broken or fraught or complex friendships because they were never friends to begin with.  I bet I could list just as many people that you've met/worked with/been at the same party with that you don't like or don't like you.  The difference is that she's paid to be entertaining on a "reality" show.  She's paid (just like the others are, by the way) to create DRAMA.  So, where you and I would just not even engage in people we don't like (or who don't like us) and walk away, these people are paid to confront and fight.  Might as well choose the people you don't like.

Obviously the Carole and Jill situation is different, but your list is just wrong.[/quote]
