Someone else just posted on WS what they thought was said, and I went back and listened to the original audio file on the court's website and now I hear it as clear as day. I won't post here if anyone wants to do their own listening. (FWIW harder for me to make it out in the slowed down version).

If the jury makes that out he is t-o-a-s-t. He might be anyway, of course, but if I was a juror the first thing I'd do is listen to that audio file on repeat.[/quote]

I downloaded the first 911 call to manipulate it better. You can hear a man's voice starting at 8 seconds. It continues and at about 11 seconds it sounds like he says, "I have this" and then you can hear Joseph moaning. The voice sounds just like Brendan Banfield.”[/quote]
