Can someone explain to me why they can't play the entire 911 call? Why would the judge block that evidence if they can indeed hear that they can hear BB saying something?

Sorry if this has been asked, but what are the odds the jury gets to a verdict tomorrow? Is there a way to tell?

That’s why the whole thing looks so sloppy and why she was so lost in the process, like calling 911 before CB was dead. Maybe she saw BB shot JR and tried calling 911 at that time, but then BB started stabbing CB and she just let it happen. She then would have shot JR too.

Why wouldn’t she tell this story? Well, that would put more weight of what happened on her, she wouldn’t want to admit to that.

That would explain also why they didn’t hide their relationship after the facts. If BB was so careful about not leaving any trace behind, he would have never allowed her to post on Instagram before or after the murders.

It’s just a theory, not here to be attacked.

This doesn’t fit with what we know and anyone’s actions before, during, or after the murders. If you’re just asking if this theory could be possible, the answer is no.

If you’re looking for a reason, the main one is that the catfish activity can’t really exist independently of a murder plot. Whoever did it planned to kill both Joe and Christine at the end. There are a lot of reasons it does not make sense that was Juliana alone.

It's awful. RIP Joe. And I'm sorry for any trauma to the jurors who are deciding this case and possibly listening to it over and over. Hopefully as they listen to Brendan speaking with Joe's pain in the background, they see the same depravity and evil.

“ Juliana testified that Christina told her to call 911 right after Joseph was shot and Juliana did. When Brendan realized Juliana was calling 911 he made a cut/stop motion with his hand signaling Juliana to hang up. If this is correct, Christina has not yet been stabbed.

I downloaded the first 911 call to manipulate it better. You can hear a man's voice starting at 8 seconds. It continues and at about 11 seconds it sounds like he says, "I have this" and then you can hear Joseph moaning. The voice sounds just like Brendan Banfield.”

I think her family is poor, thus the drive to try to secure the bag with BB. But in the 7-8 months before her arrest he did not marry her. Even though her visa was expiring. IIRC they were looking into student visa options AND the 3 of them going to Brazil was decided on to the point that LE found passports and tickets on the house. But marrying her was not his choice, not to solve visa issue, not to possibly shield some later comms, etc.

Why would BB have bought another gun and taken JPM to the gun range if he was not involved in “the plan”?

They called back after Juliana's first 911 call, and Juliana didn't answer the call back. If she really was in the basement, safely tucked away with the kid - i.e., Brendan's version of events - why wouldn't she answer the call back and say, "never mind, all good here"? Brendan simply doesn't have an answer to that.

Juliana's version makes more sense. She says she made the first 911 call from the bedroom, but hung up because Brendan told her to, either with his words ("hang up") or with his actions. Under this version, it makes sense that she wouldn't answer the call back - she was in the midst of a murder.

It's an interesting thought experiment because if you're thinking about this analytically there are a finite number of scenarios and with all of them you can probably find consistencies and inconsistencies with the forensic and documentary evidence. (It was Juliana; it was Brendan; it was Brendan and Juliana; it was Christine and Joe; maybe I'm missing one?)

That said, I think it's likely improbable that if she wanted to set up an affair so Christine is "caught" that she would go to such lengths as having her boss sexually assaulted in such depraved ways. She could have essentially accomplished the same thing with fake dating profile or fake FetLife messages and come up with an excuse to Brendan how she stumbled upon them on Christine's phone. She also needed to know what time Brendan was going to leave the house that morning, and that he would still be close enough when Joe arrived to come back. She also would have had to receive the photo of CB in the swimsuit the same day CB texted it to Brendan. And at what point would she have taken CB's phone to unlock the front door and then hide it in a drawer? And then when the plan spins completely beyond her control, decide to jump in and shoot a man and clam up about seeing BB, out of nowhere, stab his wife, and not actually fear for her life but in fact move in with him?
