To be fair, the 4 yo likely doesn't know the mother was brutally stabbed in the home. You try to keep the world as much the same as possible for a child who has just lost a parent. Moving her to a new home is not the healthiest option either.[/quote]

The healthiest option is to not f&ck the 23 yr old Brazilian au pair, and if you do, don't hatch a murder plot together. Tragically, we are well past those guideposts.

Has she been sleeping in the master bedroom? Does the child know she goes on dates with Daddy?

Her trashing Joe and Christine to her mom in Brazil is likely their strategy if this goes to court. If she flips she will plead. He seems like a brazen it out kind of guy.
