This case literally makes me want to cry.
I so wish Christine and her daughter had been able to get away from all of this.
I'm still struck that he did not marry au pair. Wouldn't he have benefitted from spousal immunity?

What did he say?
He couldn't say much but said they are still VERY much taking public interviews from the community. Seemed as if they are looking for more people to share what they know. He said the availability of ring camera footage, etc is a important in these type of cases and they are getting community cooperation. They tried to press him on the forensics evidence they had re: Juliana and the shooting and he wouldn't divulge.

To be fair, the 4 yo likely doesn't know the mother was brutally stabbed in the home. You try to keep the world as much the same as possible for a child who has just lost a parent. Moving her to a new home is not the healthiest option either.

Juliana claims she was out with the child. That seems plausible as I don't think Christine would have Joe there with her daughter in the house. I do believe Joe was invited and both Brendan and Christine knew it. Juliana probably too, not to mention her mom in Brazil.
I mean that was 2019 on move in day. They definitely coukd have added a keypad since then.
They either let him in or gave him the code, maybe a neighbor can speak to keyless entry.

I almost never use my front door for entry/exit - instead I enter through the garage and use the garage code. The house appears to have a front facing garage, maybe they did the same. It would be easy to give out a garage code.
