Unlikely that the bike in this instance, especially starting from still would be considered a deadly weapon.  The chances of serious injury in this instance are low.  Most likely he'll get simple assault, although maybe more if the kid taking the video had more substantial injuries or his phone was damaged.  Looks like he actually connected with that kid.[/quote]
