Back to ignoring what people are telling you again I see...

You dont understand that the goal of changing from BY to SY wasnt to allow Aug birthdays tobplay down. The goal was to have all players on a teams the same grade in school (ideally).

"Allow Grade Alignment" is business speak for Aug Sept birthdays play on. the team that's their grade in school. (up or down)[/quote]
