In the US they will just use the proceeds to pleasure billionaires. The entire scam is built to transfer wealth from the bottom to the top. Now, what allows other countries to do such things is a pragmatic and educated approach to economics and not the Play School version that dementia Donnie has scrawled out in dull crayon.[/quote]
