GGW acolytes and the YIMBYs are too stupid to monetize their being the useful idiots of developers.  If developers had gone into any local governing body and said:  "let's rezone single family neighborhoods so that we can build more dense housing and make more money,"  they would have been tossed out.  the GGW and YIMBY fellow travelers did it for nothing, and the builders are reaping the rewards.  Honestly, the developers should at least send them a fruit basket for being such useful idiots.[/quote]
