This is beyond tired at this point. By your logic, anyone who doesn’t homeschool hates their kids. If they really loved their kids they’d want to be home together all the time.

Did it ever occur to you that some people hate the scrambling that occurs when last minute changes are made? We don’t all have jobs where we can just work from home or call out when school is delayed or closed. We all adapt, but that doesn’t make it not stressful. Not everyone has a grandparent or neighbor who can just watch our kids on short notice. [/quote]

I don’t disagree and haven’t weighed in on that particular argument. I am just responding to the PP who loves to say that people who dislike unexpected days off must hate their kids. They do it in multiple threads about weather, Covid, and more. It is beyond absurd. [/quote]
