He kept their passports and refused to let them return to their mom. That is kidnapping [/quote] I believe they were legally married in Las Vegas and celebrated the wedding in France shortly thereafter. And just to be clear, he gave the girls to Sophie, he just wouldn't let Sophie leave New York for England with them (which she says had been the agreed plan and is the basis for her unlawful retention claims).[/quote]
