A man with his baby in his arms was on the ground firing at his assailant and two other adults who were rushing in on him. There was no crazed mass shooter. The witnesses who saw this all happen say the mentally ill man suddenly attacked the officer for no reason. It was pretty clear why the officer fired his weapon and the incident was over in less than 4 seconds.[/quote]
