The family didn’t act wildly out of character. Burke had a history of maladjusted behavior and aggression towards jonbenet.

And that’s the thing - there are no theories more reasonable than the conclusion that the family was involved. There is evidence they were involved in the cover up aspects and the garrote, and things like feeding her pineapple shortly before she died. And the sobering statistics around relatives being the ones responsible for children’s murders. [/quote]
