Nobody said it was your responsibility to develop the elite of the elite. Your kid isn’t elite and neither is mine. But the tired excuse of having a system claim to be developing “elite” players is a farce. Our system is developing amateur players not elite. It is catering to both of our average daughters regardless of the patch on their arm. They are average.

And you are wrong, it isn’t USSF’s responsibility to develop the elite of the elite. It is their job to identify them. You really think that 2 weeks of National team camp a year is development? The clubs bare the responsibility for this development because they have the kids 95% of the time. But I’m sure that a BRYC, Loudoun, FCV can match the youth development of a European Pro academy during the same ages. [/quote]

I am not wrong. You are a hyper emotional human who failed to realize that we are saying the same thing for the most part..

#1. IT SHOULD BE USSF JOB TO IDENTIFY AND DEVELOP FUTURE NATIONAL TEAM MEMBERS. STARTING AT A EARLY AGE.

#2. IT SHOULD BE DONE IN REAL ACADEMIES. NOT A LEAGUE CALLING ITSELF AN ACADEMY WHEN IT FACT ITS JUST A LEAGUE.

#3. USSF SHOULD PAY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLAYERS THAT WAY WE DONT LOSE OUT ON PLAYERS WHOSE PARENTS ARE NOT FINANCIAL IN A POSITIONT TO PAY TO PLAY.

#4. TWO WEEKS CAMPS ARE NOT ACADEMIES. WE AGREE.

#5. WE BOTH AGREE, I THINK, THAT THE CURRENT SITUATION LACKS VISION AND CREATIVITY.
