I don't know what Trump or Obama did or did not do.  It was well done of Tillerson to act and to successfuly bring Otto home.

However, do you really think Tillerson would have had success had Otto been in better physical condition?  There are still other Americans held in NK.  Tillerson hasn't brought them home yet.  [/quote]

We’ll never know... but, from what I  understand, it was Tillerson who was able to get a medical eval team there to check on ALL the Americans they are holding.  That is when we discovered Warmbier’s condition.  [/quote]
