If you assume this is largely about energizing people for upcoming elections, the focus shouldn't be on recalling a local judge, who had little choice under the law when the prosecutor refused to pursue the case, but instead on:

* recalling the Commonwealth Attorney (Steve Descano), a Democrat (like Tholen) who kicked the case over to another Democratic Commonwealth's Attorney, who refused to pursue the case (shocking)

* continuing to highlight Tholen's bad decisions as a School Board member, which even if not meeting the legal standard for a recall ought to keep her from being re-elected.[/quote]

I wouldn’t favor that.  However, Tholen is a self-serving fraud propped up by a lot of other equally self-serving Democrats who value party unity and dominance over serving their constituents.  The sooner these people are called out and removed by any legal means the better.  [/quote]
