You tell your kids to run from a man like that.  He had treats and was calling the dog over.  If that was your kid with you and he did that to your kid, what would you think?

Who cares if he was a board member?  He should have the common sense not to walk up to a woman, intimidate her and then try to steal her dog.  If that were a child, it would be kidnapping.  She may be racist, but he's a nut job and potential dog napper.[/quote]
