That dog would've been going nuts IRL. Dogs don't just sit there quietly when a fire breaks out in their home. This, in addition to the fire being caused by a crock pot of all things, undermines the plot a bit. I mean, how unlikely is it that a crock pot would catch fire? Why not a curling iron or the stove or the faulty wiring they've been hinting about? I love the show regardless, but I wish they paid closer attention to details.[/quote]
