Are you kidding me? I have posted on this thread that United and their awful CEO are in the wrong completely. I think you have a reading comprehension problem. What United did was reprehensible. My point is a realistic one...overbooking is not ideal but a reasonable policy (that benefits everyone by way of lower ticket costs) but it must be used in a reasonable way that respects your customers. But let me guess, you're one of those Trump apologists who sees his name and immediately goes into attack mode without knowing what you've just read. Sad, Trump dummy. [/quote]
