SY will be enough to get 99% of players on the field a single grade for college coaches.(with Aug birthdays playing up)

Yep, it's why even Aug playing up doesn't even solve it. GY showcases maybe is the only thing that would truly UNLESS everyone's OK with college coaches not seeing exact grade groupings when watching club games -- ya know, like now and always been.[/quote]
