I am laughing at the Russian bot farm posts. This totally sucks for Ukraine- but still a great ROI and easy way to kill Russians. I want Ukraine to win; fund them at 3x current levels. Russians are like the worst people on the planet with those whacko ISIS groups. The more dead of them both the better for the civilized world. This is simply an investment to diminish the barbarian horde known as Russia. Money well spent.
Only if you assign the Ukrainian dead the value of zero.
At least they are dying with a rifle in their hand and not in a prison or gas chamber that the Russians will put most Ukrainian in if they took over. Putin wiould kill all Ukrainians if given the opportunity. He is like Hitler- but more of a jerk.
Don’t be dramatic. This is not reality.
lol. Putin is a wannabe Hitler; just Russians are inferior intellectually to Germans and cannot get out of the their own way with corruption. If Russians were 33% as capable as Germans the world be in serious trouble with Putin. Luckily, for the most part; Russians are incompetent morons on the battlefield. I look forward to watching Moscow burn in 2024z
You won’t see it guess why? Because the west is fine with letting Ukrainians die to slowly bleed Russia out but not to destroy it completely
I don't see it this way. The West has only supplied arms, training, information to Ukraine; largely since it's a non-NATO country so direct involvement is difficult. However, there is a new dynamic on the battlefield that will alter the course of the war, imho. The coldest part of Winter is yet to come in Ukraine. Ever been sick with a fever and had to sleep in the snow without heat or a fire to keep you warm? "Russian soldiers are suffering from an outbreak of rat-bite fever" "Transmitted by dust from rodent excrement, symptoms of the disease include migraines, high temperatures, reduced blood pressure, rashes, vomiting and bleeding from the eyes. The streptococcal infection is said to have spread rapidly on the Kupyansk front due to complaints initially falling on deaf ears, as Russian commanders believed soldiers were trying to avoid fighting." https://www.telegraph.co.uk/world-news/2023/12/20/russia-ukraine-war-latest-news-front-line-attack-putin-live/#:~:text=Russian%20soldiers%20hit%20by%20rat,blood%20pressure%2C%20rashes%20and%20nausea. The rats will be attracted to the Russian front line positions for both food and warmth. Those heat sources along the front lines will light up Russian positions like a Christmas tree. The Russians don't have many thermal optics, but the Ukrainians should be well equipped to pick off Russian forward positions - all it takes is one Bradley or M1 rolling up within optical range. True, Russians still have artillery and planes, but they aren't too accurate compared to Western counterparts. So what is the Russian military command doing to help their soldiers? Jacked up soldiers whine less. "Mephedrone, amphetamines, and alpha-PVP, known as "salt", are among the substances that Russian soldiers on the frontline take, with effects including paranoia and hallucinations" https://www.businessinsider.com/russian-soldiers-get-drugs-sent-to-trenches-are-bored-report-2023-10 Even if cold and disease doesn't cause Russian troops to surrender at key points along the front lines this winter, since (mostly) the Russians refused to collect their dead from the battlefield, those accumulating bodies are now frozen solid. By spring they will thaw. See where I'm going with this? The Russian military has constructed a time bomb of their own making.
