Looks to be instigated via social media by the PLO. The avg college protestor would be shocked to know that the PLO and Hamas hate each other even more than they hate Israel. You could wipe Israel off the map tomorrow and there still wouldn't be a Palestinian state and the resulting  civil war would make the last 18 months in Gaza look pleasant.[/quote]

That’s comically untrue. Only a hardliner Israeli person would think this. All the attempts to foment Levantine civil wars in Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, even Iraq have  utterly  failed. Hamas committed 10/7 due to  West Bank settlers. They even call it the Al Aqsa raid. Israel likes to pretend they don’t see this. Netanyahus settlers just like Democrat presidents since Clinton have said caused major damage to Israels security. “Mr. Security” Netanyahu is not making the country safe. Israel’s problem is they think they are smarter than the US. They aren’t.

Netanyahu banked on Hamas , an anti semitic/ anti Israeli group based on Palestinianism and Muslim brotherhood, turning on their brothers to help him and Israel .
