It's not just his intellect that is declining with age or his lack of emotional regulation. He is mentally ill. Why can't the press report on that? Why does everyone continue to normalize him by attributing his bizarre behavior to everything BUT mental illness? He is not well and he is like a high speed train whose brakes have failed.
