+1 You absolutely should have the good judgment and moral character to refuse to commit a crime at your employer's request and even walk away from any job where you are being asked to do wrong and you can't change their minds.[/quote]

DP but I think being a personal assistant to someone for that many years probably complicates his perspective about the job. Not that it would get him out of any legal responsibility. [/quote]
