Mexico is not going to build any facilities. They do not want them there. 80% of the current wave are from Venezuela, with the second largest # coming from Ecuador. Mexico wants the migrants to pass through. If they stay in Mexico, they will be stuck there and the MX gov't will have to deal with it. Better to let them move north to the US. 
Unfortunately, we have given 500K Venezuelan migrants TPS, which sucks becuase now they'll be here forever. We have no way of conducting background checks on these individuals, and VZ currently has the highest murder and crime rates in all of Latin America. This absolutely sucks. [/quote]
