So a big reason that DC lacks quality affordable housing is that they make it incredibly unattractive to smaller investors to invest in DC.  I don't like Kenyan very much, but I have more faith in his ability to not make an already bad situation worse.  Janeese's misguided policies will just make housing affordability worse. [/quote]
