Has FCPS been talking with them? [/quote] Pretty sure the ACLU got schools to stop using them. I know that was the case in my urban school district in the ‘80s after a school shooting made National news — which everyone promptly forgot ‘cause it wasn't suburban like Columbine. I think these security backups actually make kids less safe. If someone unstable person decides to light tbings up, kids in line are bigger sitting ducks. Don’t get me started on how there is no security after hours during which someone could stash weapons. I think some one’s on the SB cut a deal with a cousin or close associate for this. [/quote]
