They are all their normal hair color and length. I mean Nicky is grey but he is always. Kevin says he is 45, so we know it is only 5 years at the max from divorce to remarriage. Could be even less if the divorce doesn't happen for another year. The older grey scenes are when they are at the cabin at Rebecca's deathbed. Those are more like 10 years in the future. When people are closer to 50 - 55. Still probably would not be THAT grey but it is the attempt to make them seem much older than the current timeline to set things apart. [/quote]
