A lot of it is waiting 60-90 days for a response to a subpoena, then finding evidence, or a hint of evidence, and sending out more subpoenas, then waiting on those, etc. The bond hearing for Josh Duggar was very interesting. They had to explain why it took 18 months from the time their raided his car lot before charging him. [/quote]
