It's a follow on to the report released last year - supposed to be a deeper dive into some of the projects (Ellington was a focus on the first one). Here's an article from the City Paper in January on Patterson and her thoughts about the school modernization project.

Meaning that nothing will change for Ellington because of the school's special, uh, status.  Overruns have baLoomed Ellington's cost to $200 million and yet DC continues to write blank checks for it.  But DCPS will choose to make an example of Murch if they find amy contracting issues with the Murch project.[/quote]
