Hmm.  Hello OG Star Wars.  Originally Luke and Leia were NOT supposed to be brother and sister.  Hence the kiss. Somewhere between Harrison Ford's charisma and a bunch of too complicated plot nonsense about Luke's twin sister, George Lucas decided to retcon the whole plot.

I was done after OG Star Wars.
