The coverage is that a crazy lady thinks that running from the cops and resisting arrest didn't occur even though there is video of both things happening.

How did they know where he lived? The car could have been registered to someone else. They also don't know why he was running. A vehicle pursuit is one thing but a foot pursuit is completely different in terms of risk to the general public.[/quote]
