Why the hell is that? Child support should be based on what the cost of that kid truly is. If that is $1000 a month for food, care, medicine then that man needs to pony up at least half, more if he is not having the kid live with him. Maybe then men will be deterred from forcing these situations but as it stands only the woman's life is altered by a birth. [/quote]
