Southern Maryland used to be the working class section of the DC suburbs. There were huge farms, quite a few of them tobacco farms, and the folks that lived there actually worked for a living, as is not typing all day and going to meetings. Now, it's pretty much Ward 9 and full of Ryan homes and section 8 housing. You can't poke fun of it since most of the white folks are gone and saying anything today would be politically incorrect. It's best to stick to West Virginia when you feel the need to make fun of working class white folks.[/quote]
