Thanks PP. It's unreal. Literally every day it's something. I'm so tired of dealing with them. My window is an odd shape. Long and more narrow so the blackout blinds were custom. You can imagine how upset I was to have to remove them. I had my child in the laundry room with me and the manager told me he is not permitted to touch the machines including putting my wet clothes in the dryer (he loves doing laundry). My bike lock is still on at the pool, thank goodness. The management company is Abaris. Beware! They hire idiots.
Do not report to their demands. Make them sue you. You will win and take them for all they are worth. This is absurd.
This isn't how it works. OP is a renter. A renter I think the other owner's and mgmt company would like to see leave. Her child is a liability in the pool area, the roof and the laundry room. It's not a child friendly bldg so the other resident's don't enjoy the noise and smudgy fingerprints little one's bring. They are documenting their issues with her in order to be able to start charging the owner. Non-owner's in private condo's just don't have the same rights.
