This happens all the time- if a group of people work hard at something they accomplish domination, it has to come from the heart, not just throwing $$ at it. You realize the implication is that 'neck up' ppl are differently abled- if this is so than Asians are as a group the smartest & yes we can lead and be creative so white ppl should shut up & get out of the way and darker skinned natives of africa and south/cenral america are bot- that is sooooo dumb & not true!!
