Cognizant Tech Solutions is 99.6% indian working in US.

Suppose there was a large, U.S. government-operated program that permitted U.S. employers to hire nothing but White Anglo Saxon Protestant (WASP) college-graduate men between the ages of 22 and 30.
The sad truth is, if you change a few words, that is exactly what the H-1B program permits; but instead of WASP males, the favored population is male Indian college graduates, perhaps largely from the south and west of India (and certainly not men from other parts of Colonial India, such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar (Burma), and very, very few women from the Subcontinent).

You could throw 100 billion at developing basketball players in china and the nba would still never have more than a handful of Chinese.
I have never understood how people blindly accept racial differences below the neck but suddenly think these differences stop at the neck and everyone is the same from the neck up
No the NBA would be all chinese- Black people aren't specially gifted at athletics/basketball- its that a lot of black kids see it as a goal and play hard at it and scouts go find them, if chinese or Azerbaijani kids did the same they'd be the best basketball players. This happens all the time- if a group of people work hard at something they accomplish domination, it has to come from the heart, not just throwing $$ at it. You realize the implication is that 'neck up' ppl are differently abled- if this is so than Asians are as a group the smartest & yes we can lead and be creative so white ppl should shut up & get out of the way and darker skinned natives of africa and south/cenral america are bot- that is sooooo dumb & not true!! Human nervous systems are not racially different

As for the poster that said Asian Americans are their worse enemies, as more cases like this come forth, I am confident things will change. At the end of the day up and coming Asian American politicians are also reliant on Asian communities in the US for continued goodwill. If they seem to actively be eventually working to continue this discrimination they will lose their support. And you will be surprised at the power of grassroots movements.

And we are currently talking about unfair standards for Asian AMERICANS. Why people insist on lumping them in with overseas Asians is frankly fing racist. And financial aid standards for both are totally different, so don't even use that as a talking point.

And trust me, you don't get much aid unless you are super super smart. In that case you probably should be atvthenivy. The majority of foreign students at ivies from Asia are from tremendously wealthy elite families.
