Confidence radiates from a person and shows even more when you use that confidence to present yourself positively, take pride in your appearance and expect men (or women, at any age) to treat you with respect. You'll meet someone more compatible then. FWIW, mid-20s is too young to "peak" when it takes so long to establish yourself and enjoy life.
