Also, even if it's not yours, you're expected to maintain it. For example, in MoCo you must shovel the snow on the sidewalk in front of your house within 24 hours or you will be fined. I've never seen the county out mowing the strip of grass between the sidewalk and the street -- I assume I'm required to maintain it. So I'm probably required to keep it poop-free also.[/quote]
