If I ever see dogs shitting on my lawn, I will put poison on the lawn that borders the side walk. Where did some of you grow up? Did your parents never teach you to treat other peoples' property with respect?
Same. I'd poison without thinking twice.
Hope you like prison, then. And an eternity in hell.
Not pp, but it's their yard. They can do what they wish. If you can't be responsible enough with YOUR animal, then YOU should feel guilty. It's other people's responsibility to deal with YOUR dog.

Have some respect, OP.

You do know the difference between wild animals whose natural habitats are shared with plots of land where people's homes sit and domesticated pets that are the owner's responsibility, right? #1 your dog needs to be on a leash. 2) assuming he is, you the owner have the ability and obligation to keep your pet off of someone else's property. Besides, most dog turds are bigger and grosser than droppings from squirrels, birds, etc. you really need that explained to you?

Anonymous wrote:By the way, PP again, I once was screamed at for my dog PEEING in a yard. I lived in Dupont Circle at the time so the houses are all on top of each other. How can you stop your dog from lifting its leg and peeing??? Anyway, I avoid allowing poop in yards.

The house I grew up in, in Montgomery County, was public property (no sidewalks) several feet into the yard until after the drainage ditch.
