Bingo. I think yall are saying the same thing. A PP said that it's not all about schools. [b]People aren't paying a premium just for schools anymore[/b] (see Brookland and Bloomingdale), then another poster insisted that it's impossible to get a larger house in JKLM than Bloomingdale all things equal.[/quote]

How can you agree with this statement and at the same time argue that "people aren't paying a premium just for schools anymore"? If it is true that these houses in JKLM would be cheaper if they didn't have JKLM, it proves that people ARE still paying a premium "just for schools". Along with premiums for other amenities, obviously.[/quote]
