They only heavily fund schools the exec's send their kids too. It doesn't matter which school you choose. All have drugs, alcohol, gangs, kids with mental health issues, parents and teachers with mental health issues. The main difference is there is more money in the "w" schools so the drug use is more easily hidden with fancy cloths, cars, and parents willing to cover it up.[/quote]
