I'm a nut case and attempting a straw man's argument because I'm calling you out for your outdated thinking? Nice try, but it's a classic tactic - try to end the argument by accusing someone of a "straw man's argument". I've seen it many times on DCUM. Not sure if it's only you, but it's a pretty pathetic attempt to end something because you have nothing left to say…And, I'm not entirely sure what insecurities I may be projecting. I think you've proven yourself to be the nut case on this one.

Bottom line - we strenuously disagree on what the term rape truly means. I believe in the updated version of what the term means, not to mention the legal one in most states. You, not the other hand, do not believe that "date rape" is real. Is it because you only believe that rape is something that happens in a dark ally by a stranger? I most certainly hope no woman in your family needs you in a time of need.
