It just sucks.[/quote] Hang in there ... It really does take a few weeks of consistent effort. For me, because I am post menopausal, it took 6 weeks. But in the meantime you are eating more healthy, getting control over your hunger signals, and probably starting to lose fat even though the scale is being petulant. After a week or a few weeks of no scale movement, you will be rewarded with what JUDDDers refer to a a "whoosh" which is a nice big loss all at once. It will give you a nice mental boost. So just keep focused on eating really healthy food. Good luck![/quote]
