Most neighborhoods with $1.2M+ homes are older. And they had their kids, like most people in their early 30s. I can't tell you how many times I have heard people say "there are just no kids in the neighborhood!" They are MS, teens or off at college, so not a great mix for the younger kid crowd. [/quote]
