It won't. The people in Baltimore who made the Stop Fucking Snitching video are no strangers to being the victims of violence, but they believe in vigilante justice, not going to the police. The family probably already knows who shot the boy (even though the police don't or don't have admissible evidence to charge somebody with it) and are looking to get even. It's the tit-for-tat of the Stop Snitching culture in certain parts of Baltimore that is the cause of so much violence. [/quote]

Not PP, but have you ever watched one of the Stop Snitchen videos?  Do you even know what it is or anything about its creator?? I am from Baltimore BTW.  Those are not mere assumptions. Come back when you get a clue as to what's being discussed.

The topic is Suge and a crime against one of his family members (tragically, a child).  Logically, one wonders as to the level of cooperation with the police investigation by THIS family. [/quote]
