I'm really not getting why people are hating on the 5am workout women. So they get up early to work out- who cares? I work out Saturday mornings, and several times during the week at lunchtime or in the evenings. I have no jealousy of someone who gets up early to do it. I choose to do it at other times. It makes me feel better to exercise, if you don't want to exercise then just own it rather than hurling insults. [/quote]

Insecurity.  Isn't it obvious? Whenever ANYONE is doing something good in their life, the vocal minority underbelly of this site pounce on it in an attempt to make themselves feel better.

Someone who does not exercise and it OK with that, does not take the time to make a nasty comment.[/quote]
