Probably they will still apply.[/quote] Nobody is getting it . because in chocolate city DC, although far less chocolate these days, they have chosen stock photos of multiracial instead of black kids, marketing wise it send a pretty strong message to brown kids and their parents. That message explicit or not is "we don't see you here". Look up implicit bias...and even microagressions like not having a brown kids rep you in the photos of your school become much more clear.
